Yes, when the fault can be narrowed down from symptoms, app screens, meter readings and video. Live remote tuning is also available. Some problems still need hands-on testing.
SV Motoworks tests batteries, handles connector and mounting work, and diagnoses BMS behavior. Packs are not opened for individual cell replacement; when needed, a safe replacement is recommended.
The shop rate is $90 per hour. Listed prices are labor unless noted, and parts are paid upfront when they need to be ordered. The $50 diagnostic applies to the same repair when booked within seven days.
Often, yes, after compatibility is checked. Customer-supplied parts and water-damaged components are not covered by a repair warranty.
